Community Services Project !
Check out the PHOTOS Below!
The Bridges Charter, our community service project, held on Tuesday June 26 was a huge success.
Bridges Grief Support Program, a division of Seacoast Hospice.
The Bridges, it is a program that provides grief support counseling to children and teens who have lost a close family member or loved one. There are no state or federal programs in support of their operation due to the uniqueness of what they do. The organization serves the youth from York County, ME through the entire coastal area of NH and into northeastern MA.
A day of fishing, sightseeing and just plain having fun was had by all.
The cookout was held afterward for the kids and their parents/guardians and Hospice staff sharing their experiences over hot dogs and hamburgers at the Seacoast Hospice facility in Exeter, NH at 3 pm.
There were two harbors we operated from. Newburyport, MA and York ME.
As seen in the Boston Herald!

For those running out of Newburyport, Captain Rod Ratcliff was their Dock Master and Captain Sandra Kelting as his assistant. Their job was to make sure that all of the kids and chaperone's were guided to their assigned boats.
Mike Sosik and Dick Witham, running out of York Harbor, Main handled their own loading platform.
A special thanks to Captain Larry Kindberg the coordinator of the event. larry@accutechmarine.com.
and to David Barthuli for taking pictures at the dock in Newburyport.
