This coming Wednesday Oct. 20th you will have the opportunity to ask your questions of the recreational directors of the various New England states, or their direct assistants. We have never done this before but with the For-Hire licenses being proposed for 2011, there are important questions the states have failed to wrestle with, but which need immediate attention – the foremost being license reciprocity between the states.
